PUERTO PLATA. – The Hodelpa hotel chain presented "Xanadú Resort & Residences by Hodelpa," its new tourism real estate project, along with the summer offers from its Emotions by Hodelpa Puerto Plata brand.

The information was shared by Jessica Aja, Marketing Director of the Hodelpa chain, during a breakfast event for travel agents and tour operators at the 2022 Expoturismo fair—the main travel and tourism promotion event in the northern region of the country—held at the Convention Center of the Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel.

She explained that the Xanadú Resort & Residences by Hodelpa project will be ready by March 2023. It will consist of apartments and duplexes integrated with nature and the environment, located beachfront in Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata.

She highlighted the project's amenities, which include various types of apartments and "its proximity to airports, theme parks, the city center, and the cruise port." The project will feature unique characteristics within the complex, such as 4 main pools and 7 private pools in exclusive buildings, over 300 meters of beachfront, a bar, gardens, café, gym, event hall, among other amenities, she said.

Jessica Aja also highlighted the new offerings and promotions available at the Emotions Playa Dorada brand, located in the Playa Dorada complex in Puerto Plata, which will offer three-day, two-night packages, combining these deals with an experience at the Ocean World water park.

During the event, special summer rates were presented, along with the amenities available to guests in the rooms, especially the “Deluxe Family” rooms, with their various capacities already available for summer 2022.
