The Digital Concierge is currently available at Hodelpa Gran Almirante, Hodelpa Garden Court, and the all-inclusive properties Emotions Puerto Plata and Juan Dolio.
Through this platform, guests can make restaurant reservations, request room service, amenities, and spa services, report issues, chat with Guest Services, arrange upgrades or late check-out, purchase wines and decorations for special occasions, and access general hotel information.
From the moment they arrive, the front desk team guides guests on how to use the app, allowing them to interact with the hotel directly, quickly, and in a personalized way—which translates to greater convenience, shorter wait times, and a smoother experience.
