Hodelpa Hotels launches “Hodelpa Leaders Academy”: a strategic commitment to internal talent and sustainable leadership

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic – In its firm commitment to human talent development, Hodelpa Hotels proudly announces the official launch of Hodelpa Leaders Academy, an innovative professional training initiative exclusively for its associates. This program represents a key step in the chain's strategy to strengthen its internal capabilities, cultivate leadership, and prepare its teams for the challenges of the future.

Hodelpa Leaders Academy is aimed at all high-potential company personnel, selected based on criteria such as performance, seniority, disciplinary record, and alignment with the organization's values. In this first phase, the program is awarding 40 internal scholarships, distributed among different operational and administrative areas. This number will be progressively expanded to ensure a sustained impact throughout the organizational structure.

The academic program is backed by internationally renowned institutions such as ThePower Education and Keytell, and offers training consisting of 14 specialized programs focused on critical areas of the tourism and hospitality sector.

With a 100% virtual, flexible, and accessible format, the programs are delivered through training capsules of approximately 15 minutes, allowing participants to integrate them at their own pace and according to their work responsibilities.
