SANTIAGO DE LOS CABALLEROS. – With the participation of more than 200 of its collaborators, leaders, and executives, the hotel chain Hodelpa held the "Transformation Agent Workshop 2022," which aims to promote the spirit of integration and teamwork among all its associates.

The annual activity for collaborators featured the participation of the First Lady of the Republic, Mrs. Raquel Arbaje, as guest of honor. The workshop took place at the Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel in Santiago de los Caballeros.

The workshop was conducted by Ginny Jacobo, a coach, trainer, and international speaker with over 20 years of experience supporting professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and their teams in the learning process and achievement of their goals. She addressed the topic "How to be a transformation agent, both professionally and personally."

"The leader who embraces transformation is a good leader, but the leader who becomes a transformation agent is essential for an organization, so the key lies in being aware of this difference and taking action," Jacobo said when presenting the activity.

Jacobo stated that "through our training, with methodologies and tools used in the best global leadership schools, we provide individuals with the tools to discover and develop their strengths and abilities, supporting them in the continuous pursuit of excellence in their environment and constant growth."

She assured that it is part of her mission to accompany individuals in discovering their own resources and strengths to establish and achieve their life goals.
