- The lodge invests a percentage of income in sustainability projects including community, environmental care.
- Tours and activities organized by local companies and guides are offered.
- Lodging provides information on local ecosystems, heritage and culture, and expected behavior.

- We take care of our children in the sexual prevention of children and adolescents.
Ecosystems
- No wild (non-domesticated) animals kept in captivity are exhibited or interacted with at the lodge, nor are they consumed, sold, hunted or killed for other purposes.
- The lodge has ample green spaces and we are committed to the care of biodiversity.
- We contribute to the regeneration of our ecosystem.
Residues
- We do not use single-use mini plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner or shower gel.
- No single-use plastic spoons are used.
- No single-use plastic straws are used.

- We do not use single-use plastic customer IDs.
- We recycle our waste.
Accommodation
- Our equipment is energy efficient.
