Unreal visit!
The stay was absolutely incredible! The room was clean and polish, the food was phenomenal, but ultimately the service is what put it over the top. Everyone was great, but Gissel from the coffee shop was out of this world. Talk about going above and beyond for the guests!

Nice hotel, good food and great service
The service was the top highlight. We arrived late at our check-in, and Edward from the reception arranged our reservation for the restaurant on the first night. My wife has been suffering from food allergies, and the captain chef (Ruddy) from the Italian restaurant went over backward to serve her the dish she wanted and she felt safe having.

Most gorgeous beach and great service
Has to be the most beautiful beach I've ever seen, and I grew up in Miami with many trips to the keys. The service was great, everyone made me smile and they salute you with a hand over their heart indicating everything they do is with love.

Exceptional Service
