The safety and well-being of our customers and employees has always been a priority for our hotels. Staff go through a temperature check to access the hotel. At the entrance of the staff and service we have disinfectant mats for control and disinfection
Guests will fill out a declaration form health, confirming that they are virus free. I know conduct a review of the travel records of the guests during the last 14 days to avoid travelers from high contagion points.
The rooms are subjected to a process of disinfection and ozone treatment before and after each use by other customers.
POOL AND BEACH
The dosages and parameters of the pools have been adapted to the new post-COVID-19 standards, monitors every two hours to ensure that these parameters are maintained.
The gym is closed twice a day and a ozone treatment, we also have a staff properly protected to disinfect equipment after each use.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, while check-out is at 12:00 pm. Late check-out can be requested and is subject to availability. Please be sure to contact the reception before your departure time.
